On renting a house

I'd like to get some opinions around here regarding renting homes. I may need to move soon and rent a house. I have never rented before and I don't know what to or what to expect. I would hugely appreciates any tips and advices on this. Thanks!

Hi Dianne, I have been renting for over a year now and find it is all a very simple process if you deal with an estate agent. If you are renting privately that's fine as long as you get a decent owner. Generally there are home inspections every 2 - 3 months which can be a real pain as you need to get the house spotless.
