Transporting car back to UK

My husband and I are now resident in Pas-de-Calais.  We want to get our car back to the UK and leave it there without returning to the UK ourselves.  It is taxed, MOT and insurance till September 1st.  Are there any firms in this area that do this or is it possible to drive the car to the ferry in Calais, leave it unmanned and get it picked up in Dover by somebody?
