We've always had our eyes tesed when we go back to England and bought glasses whilst there but how do you go about it here and is it likley to cost us a lot more money. We're due an eye test but I dontt' want to go back to england if I dont need to and can save money doing it here. Does health insurance cover them? Sorry for all the questions this morning .

For the last glasses we had we got a test done in the UK whilst visiting family and then ordered glasses on line. Much cheaper. The only problem is you have to have them delivered to a UK address and then sent over.
I believe the test here is a bit of a palaver and glasses are very expensive. If you have top up health I think many give you something towards them but it tends to be a token amount.
