We have quite a few investments in a portfolio, mainly China based companies and I am slightly concerned as whether or not we should move our investments out of China given the current climate.

We diversified all our investments in shares to property two years ago in the UK and because the rental market there has picked up in the UK we are getting a very good return so this may be worth considering, however make sure that you find a good property manager as we had a dreadful experience with the first one. We only do company lets as more reliable.
