Caroline Argent – Integrative Arts Psychotherapy (UKCP/HIPC). In-person in Berlin (Treptow) and online.
With over 12 years of experience in private practice, hospice care, and mental health projects, I support adults from diverse backgrounds—many of whom are navigating life in a new country. My approach is creative, body-aware, and deeply attuned to your individual story.
Originally from Zimbabwe and raised across South Africa, England, and Germany, I bring cultural sensitivity and a global perspective to my practice. Whether you’re facing general anxiety, depression, overwhelm, relationship challenges, life transitions, chronic pain, or grief, I offer a space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported.
As a UK-trained and accredited Integrative Arts Psychotherapist, I draw from humanistic, psychodynamic, somatic, trauma-informed, and transpersonal models. You don’t need to be ‘artistic’ to benefit—this work is about expression, not outcomes. Art-making can offer insight and clarity when words fall short.
My work is further enriched by complementary modalities, including:
- Living Body Psychotherapy (Julianne Appel-Opper): A somatic, relational approach to healing through body awareness.
- Healing Trauma with Guided Drawing: A trauma-informed, bilateral drawing process for emotional regulation and integration.
- Energy Medicine (Pranic Healing): Supporting physical and emotional balance through subtle energy work.
Sessions blend talking therapy with creative and body-based practices, helping you reconnect with your inner resources, understand emotional patterns, and move toward healing and personal growth.
